2017 Ford Ranger: We’ve Got Ourselves A New Contender

The Ford Ranger is still being sold in some of the markets but it was taken out from the US lineup years ago when the sales number of the truck dropped to an all time low. However, with the sudden rise of demands for trucks, Ford might be looking to try their luck with the Ford Ranger here in the US once more.

It was reported that Ford is looking to develop a truck to compete with new popular trucks like the Toyota Tacoma and the Chevrolet Colorado and it is believed that the Ford Ranger will be the truck of choice for Ford.

The rumors started after spies spotted Ford testing out the Ford Ranger here in the US.

It has been speculated that the Ford Ranger will be produced at their Michigan plant and that production will start once the Ford Focus and Ford C-Max contract with the plant end in 2017.
