2016 Jeep Renegade: Not Fussy About Roads

One thing about Jeep is that it generally prefers the off-road since it does not offer the most comfortable ride on the road. That was also why so many people were a little skeptical when Jeep announce that they will be working on a new Jeep compact model that can be driven as an off-road vehicle and an urban vehicle as well.

Well, all those worries turned out to be for nothing as Jeep brought out the new Jeep Renegade. Not only does it comes with all the off-road capabilities that we usually associate with a Jeep but the Jeep Renegade also offers a more than comfortable ride on the road.

Under the hood of the Jeep, Renegade is a 1.4 liter Intercooled Turbo Premium Unleaded Q-4 engine that will be delivering about 160hp and 184lb ft of torque and will be mated to a six-speed manual transmission.

It will return about 31mpg on the highway and 24mpg in the city and will come with a few standard features like traction control, fog lamps, DRL, ABS and more.
