How does the Snapdragon quad-core Samsung Galaxy S4 compare against the HTC One? That’s what we wanted to find out today.
The battery tests were conducted on the Samsung Galaxy S4 that has the Snapdragon 600 processor and not the Exynos 5 Octa core processor. However, the one with Exynos 5 Octa core processor should have better results due to its big.LITTLE technology.
While playing games, The Samsung Galaxy S4 seems to give an impressive result. The battery life on the Samsung Galaxy S4 would totally accommodate a gamer’s needs and comes in on par with the HTC One. However, when used to browse the web, the Samsung Galaxy S4 did not manage to do as well as the HTC One. However, on normal daily use, the Samsung Galaxy S4 would last around 63 hours which is really impressive.
The test results might not be the same for all Samsung Galaxy S4 models. The battery life of any smartphone varies according to the usage. Everybody uses their smartphones differently. But the tests do give us some idea of what users will get from different carriers. But remember, the tests were carried out on the Samsung Galaxy S4 that has the Snapdragon 600 processor, not the Exynos Octa core that has the big.LITTLE feature.
