Once the worst has happened, things will only get better from there. This saying is meant for both upcoming gaming titles, Dragon Age 3 and Mass Effect 4. This is following the games’ distributor, Electronic Arts, which has been nominated for the worst company in America.
EA, together with 31 other companies, have been put in tournament brackets and things have not gone well for the game publisher. This award is determined by votes from the consumers and it seems that America hates EA.
The game publisher wouldn’t be moved at all since it has been named the worst company for two years already. This is partly due to the poor ending in Mass Effect 3 which caused a major upset among the fans. Then, there is the unstable launch of Battlefield 4 which makes it obvious that EA is only in this for the profit.
Both Mass Effect 4 and Dragon Age 3 from Bioware are expected to be released soon. The latter in particular will be debuting this fall and fans are certainly hoping for it to deliver and live up to its hype. If not, then EA can expect things to go much worse from here.
