Kingdom Hearts 3 Multiplayer Possibilities After Nomura Interview

Square Enix Kingdom Hearts franchise is about to see the coming of its third and final sequel. The highly popular gaming series has been offering a top-notch solo adventure experience and players can’t wait to continue from where they left off.

Today, the gaming industry has evolved tremendously with online gaming being the trend among players. Kingdom Hearts is known to be a single player game. It is a wonder if the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 will adopt this trend as well.

In a recent interview, the series’ director, Tetsuya Nomura, revealed that he is looking forward to add in some online elements to Kingdom Hearts 3.

It is a mystery on what kind of online elements Nomura is hinting on but fans believe it will be something similar to Demon’s/Dark Souls where players can engage in some interactions. The idea for a multiplayer competitive game play of course is still there.

Nevertheless the idea for players to contest among themselves sounds interesting as well. Imagine an online mode where players have to work together or compete against one another in surviving waves of attacks from an AI army.

One fan suggests for a coliseum to be in Kingdom Hearts 3 if online play is to be implemented. There, players will battle each other and find out who is the better Kingdom Hearts player.

Nevertheless, fans trust Square Enix to deliver what probably is the best Kingdom Hearts title ever. The fans do hope that the online play does not affect single player storyline or they will be disappointed.
