Google Nexus 10 2 May Be A Supersized Galaxy S5 (Rumors)

It is unsure on which company will be responsible for the development of future Nexus tablets from Google. The last collaboration involved Samsung which created the Nexus 7.

If the Korean-based vendor is going to assume duty, then the recently unveiled Galaxy S5 is a major hint to how the highly anticipated Nexus 10 2 will be like. The S5 has not been shy of features. It is built to be waterproof and is equipped with a fingerprint scanner and a heart rate sensor altogether.

These same features will definitely be added to the Nexus 10 2. If this is to come true, then the Nexus 10 2 is nothing more but an oversized Galaxy S5.

Of course, this is subject to confirmation. There are other manufacturers that are bidding for the helm and that includes the likes of HTC and Asus. Word has it that we will find out for sure during Google’s I/O Conference event later this year. After all, there has been overwhelming anticipation for the Nexus 10 2 to be unveiled there.

If it all goes as plan, the Nexus 10 2 will run on a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor or the Nvidia Tegra 4. In addition to that, there are 3GB of RAM, Adreno 330 GPU, 8MP rear camera and 2.1MP front camera. Other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, dual-side NFC and a 9500mAh non-removable battery.
