Mass Effect fans are in for a treat when Mass Effect 4 is released onto consoles. This is to be the fourth in the popular franchise and gamers know that the game is to have a new start, along with storyline and protagonist.
Bioware are behind the game and they said that Commander Shepard isn’t going to be in the game. So what can gamers expect from Mass Effect 4?
The Examiner recently said that the universe in Mass Effect 4 is going to be large and it should be around the same size as that of Dragon Age: Inquisition. The manager of Bioware in Montreal did confirm this and said that the world would be vast. Along with this there will be improvements to tactical combat and gamers can look forward to more races being playable.
It was also said that perhaps the game wouldn’t be called Mass Effect 4 but would have another title instead so as not to confuse gamers. However on the bright side the traditional gameplay should remain intact.
Both Dragon Age 3 and Mass Effect 4 are related closely thanks to them being born from the same Frostbite engine. This mixed with the capabilities of the next gen consoles will help towards making Mass Effect 4 a strong contender for the Game of the Year.
