There has been a lot of talk going around about the use of virtual currency in NBA 2k14. Over two months 2k offered virtual currency for the annual basketball games on what seemed to be a weekly basis. When they first started giving out virtual currency it was for those who played on the Xbox 360 and PS3 and then this was followed up for owners of the Xbox One and PS4. Now however it looks like the developers of the game are concentrating on PS4 and Xbox One. This has left owners of the older consoles wondering if 2K has given up on them.
Recently more Locker Codes were released and once again they were for the Xbox One and PS4, for those who were playing in the MyTeam Mode. The codes provided games with 20,000 VC points and in case you don’t know what to do with the codes, you can check out the steps below.
– Go to the main menu
– Select Locker Codes
– You will enter the NBA 2K14 Locker Code that you have (Use All Numbers, Letter And Dashes)
– Go to Enter on the virtual keyboard and you will have your 20,000 VC points
A lot of the criticism about the game has finally died down, this was after the third patch was sent out. However while this is good, the fact is that the damage has already been done. Some who bought the game when it first came out chose to trade in their copy after being fed up with all the issues and glitches. The gap between 2k and LBA Live 14 has now closed in thanks to this, however at the moment the leader is still 2K.
