The 1.09 patch update for GTA 5 is finally out and players who’ve got their hands on the update has discovered a brand new glitch. Before this update was released, GTA Online has been going through a series of hacks that gifted players millions and billions of illegal GTA Dollars.
Just a week ago, Rockstar responded by stamping their authority on GTA Online and promised to restore the game back to its original state. Soon, the 1.09 update arrived. While players might notice the huge decline in the number of hackers on GTA Online, other cracks too begin to surface.
A video got uploaded on YouTube revealing a glitch which sees players getting a sweet new ride for free. This includes the Hotknife, Khamelion and Carbon RS.
To get these three vehicles, players need their in-game phone. Go online via the mobile web application and browse through the Legendary online car shop. There, you are able to see the cars on the catalogue.
Now, head back to the home website. Once done, move the cursor to the address bar at the top of the browser and press B (circle) followed by A (x). This should change the address to that on Legendary’s website.
Players will then notice a sequence of numbers at the tail of that address. Delete it and replace it with the following:
1) 28 for the Khameleon
2) 29 for the Hotknife
3) 30 for the CarbonRS
Now load that address. Following that, go back to the home webpage and once again, hover over the search bar and key in B, then A. Discard everything after the last slash (/) and input “PurchaseCar”. The moment you enter the search, the bug will do its work and you should see the car in your garage.
Players who are looking to spend on a new set of wheels can now save some in-game cash and get a great one for free. Do take note that this is a limited time offer as we are pretty sure that Rockstar will look to give it a fixing.
