GTA 5 has been out on the Xbox 360 and PS3 for nearly four months now. The game offers brilliant gaming, amazing graphics and a massive map, as well as GTA Online and heists.
Players are still all over the game, while the gamers who made the move to the Xbox One and the PS4 are waiting (not so) patiently for GTA 5 to come to their new machines. Is this going to happen? If it does, just how amazing would this game be on the next-gen consoles?
The brilliant graphics will become even more brilliant on the new machines. Rockstar will be able to use the fully HD consoles – the PS4 has 1080p resolution, don’t forget.
For the Xbox One owners GTA Online will be gobsmacking thanks to Xbox Live and its lag-free performance.
One of the biggest benefits will be the ability to swap between games and applications.
GTA 5 is a big game, and many players turn to online guides to help them through. This often involves booting up another laptop or PC, or scrolling around on a smartphone. This is a pain, and the new consoles will spell the end of switching around.
Sadly, though, GTA 5 on the new gen consoles is unlikely. At best it’ll be an online download. Still, GTA 5 is a fab game, so we can only wait and look forward to GTA 6 on these new machines!
