We might finally have a release date for the long-awaited Xiaomi Mi5. Unlike most of the flagship smartphone in the market, the successor for the Xiaomi Mi smartphone does not arrive every year. That makes pinpointing when the smartphone will be arriving much harder.
It was rumored that Xiaomi is looking to release the Xiaomi Mi5 after the Spring Festival in China on the 8th of February. This is looking, even more, posible now that Liwan Jiang, the Co-founder and senior vice president of Xiaomi reported that the Xiaomi MI5 is already in production.
Besides that, he also revealed the processor that the Xiaomi MI5 will be coming in with. According to Liwan, the Xiaomi MI5 will be running on the Snapdragon 820 Processor. It is also believed that it will come with 4GB RAM and will be fitted with a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera.
