Gamers are experiencing an issue with the console right after receiving them. The Kinect 2.0 cables appear to be shorter than expected. This has caused a major stress to the gamers as the short cable will disorganize their living rooms. The positioning of the Xbox One will also be limited as a result.
The issue is something huge in the Xbox community as the complains are flooding at Xbox Forums. Most TV sets are wall mounted today and cable organization is a major priority in every household. With the short cable on the Kinect 2.0, there is no way to pull the cable back at the wall partition.
One user pointed out that it is not just with TVs. The lad plays on his ceiling mounted projector and the cables can’t reach it. After an intense search for an extension, the results are null.
Some tech gizmos pointed out that a USB 3.0 cable will work fine but that is subject to confirmation. Someone has to test it out and share with the world if it works.
All in all, this is a major turn off to the gaming society. Gamers who are still waiting for their Xbox One are even planning to cancel their order. It is a major lapse on Microsoft side and gamers do hope that the console manufacturer offer an extension cable immediately.
