Wolfenstein: The New Order is among the many games coming to the next-gen consoles this year. Now, it seems that the technical aspect of it has surfaced on the web. Wolfenstein The New Order is reported to be running on 60FPS on both consoles.
Similarly, the resolution is fixed at 1080p for both the Xbox One and PS4. However, things don’t translate well for the current gen consoles. Both the Xbox 360 and PS3 will be getting Wolfenstein The New Order at 60FPS. However, the graphical elements are so far behind that it can be a major turn off to the gamers.
Elements like texture detail and lighting are so underpowered that it seems cartoonish. This is disappointing as gamers believe that more can be done for the game on the Xbox 360 and PS3. Perhaps, the game developer is forcing the gaming community to make the jump to the Xbox One and PS4 fast.
