At this point, all we know is that the story for Geralt has ended. CDPR made it clear that we will no longer be playing as Geralt in the future after the release of the Blood & Wine DLC. While they did confirm the end for Geralt they did not say that it was the end of the Witcher universe.
Some fans are hoping that CDPR would pick up the Witcher once more when they are done with Cyberpunk 2077 but even if they do decide to revisit the Witcher universe, we might have to wait until 2022 before we get to see the game.
We know that they are currently working on the new Cyberpunk 2077 game and according to CDPR, the game will be arriving sometime in between 2017 to 2021. Even if the game does arrive this year, it would take them years to finish another open world game like The Witcher 3.
