Will Flashbangs Be Used On Road For The 2016 Ford Focus RS?

If you have any military knowledge whatsoever then you will know that a flashbang is what is used to blind enemies. It appears that for Ford’s future vehicles they will be making use of a technology that has a similar effect.

To be a bit more precise, Ford have just brought out a prototype of a technology with the name camera lights. It is really just a set of fog lights. The camera lights can find any hazards on the street when it is night time and will illiminate any human, animal or object that it might come accross.

The feature turns the lights independently which lets them point straight at the potential threat. We have some worries though that rather than helping, that the lights could actually cause more issues.

That is because if a human was to have the lights shine straight at them then it would blind them, meaning that they wouldn’t be able to react as fast as they normally would, which could then cause an accident.

Ford have announced that the lights are nearly finished and if that is true then we may see them on the new Focus RS.

We can not say for certain that these lights would blind humans, as Ford have at this moment in time not demonstrated them yet.
