This is due to the many leaks that are based on the mock-up iPhone 6. The mock-up models were given to several casing-makers to produce their and launch it with the device itself.
Aside from the iPhone 6’s looks, a new test was carried out and it was to check on how the iOS 7.1 will appear on the device. The simulation was created out of curiosity since the Apple iPhone 6 is expected to feature a large 4.7” display.
The simulation was done together with the iPhone 5s to see if there is big gap between the two. A video recording of the test was then shared and you can view it below.
Of course, things might be slightly less crispy as the iOS 7.1 is not built to support a 4.7” display. It will only work if Apple throws in a tweak which will adjust the size of the icons and every other detail in the phone. On another note, the iPhone 6 is anticipated to run on the future iOS 8.
This is just with the 4.7” iPhone 6. There is a strong rumour going on about a phablet iPhone coming as well. This other variant will be measuring at 5.5” and will be coming much later this year.
