Valve might be all secretive when it comes to Half Life 3 but that don’t stop the Half Life fans from getting together and discussing on the upcoming sequel. Apparently, the fans’ latest discussion is regarding the visuals in Half Life 3.
One fellow took a screenshot of Dying Light and revealed that he hope for Half Life 3 to look at least something like it. You can check out the screen shot above and it does show a landscape in full HD.
Furthermore, the viewing range is really impressive as one easily look past the civilization area all the way to the mountain range. To complete the hype on Half Life 3, the uploader purposely made the character in the screenshot to wield a red crowbar.
While it all looks great, fans believe that this is easily achievable if Source 2 does get released. The next-gen game engine is all that is required to make Half Life 3 a technically superior game.
