We have played with the game for hours and done some of the missions and side missions, a lot of running around and driving, and have to say that up to now the game has been enjoyable. The last game that I played with a map so big was GTA IV and this game feels a whole lot better.
I didn’t come into the game with the aim of shooting anything and everything; I employed stealth and hacking more than anything to complete the main objectives of the game. I also found camera access in a building and hacked the objective and didn’t have to fire a shot.
The AI enemies are not that smart and not stupid either. I did run away from the police and then I stuck my head out and thought that the police car was too far away but they saw me and then started coming to me. I was able to lose them, perhaps a little bit too easy.
The open world game is perhaps more alive that any played before and I loved hacking and finding out snippets of info, which then led to small missions. You can also hack garage doors and climb over things and this leads to new routes.
I never followed the hype about the game so I wasn’t sure what to expect from it. The graphics have not exactly blown me away, but it has been a lot of fun to play.
The driving is weird and this is going to take some getting used to. The cars physics often feel too light. I have played on the 1080p setting and in full screen.
