Those who have the LG G2 on Verizon will be pleased to hear the latest news; there is an OTA unofficial build of KitKat for their handset, which comes by way of third party developers. The installation method for it does require that you know a little bit about adb, however if you are ok with this and you don’t mind getting hands on then it will not be too difficult.
The whole process is very straightforward, but there are some tricky steps if you don’t know the build history of the handset. First you will have to flash stock build VS98012B and then you need to root the handset via the root tool, which is available from autoprime.
Download the bin file and rename it, then push it to the handset in a specified folder and run some commands in adb. When this is completed your handset will reboot and you will then be running KitKat on your LG G2 from Verizon.
