We all got to see the new Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro at the Chicago Auto Show this year. According to Toyota, the Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro was designed for the off-road lovers and with what the Tacoma TRD Pro will be offering, the TRD Pro would be a great off-roader if only it did not come with such a huge price tag.
Toyota has just announced the price tag for their new Toyota Tacoma TRD model and as expected, trucks fans were not too happy about the huge price tag that Toyota has decided to stick on.
The new Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro with a manual transmission will retail for $41,700 while the model with an auto transmission will retail for $43,700 and here is what you will be getting.
On the outside, the Tacoma TRD Pro will be fitted with a TRD grille and badging along with RIGID Industries LED foglights and headlights and taillights with black bezels. It will also be fitted with a quarter-inch thick aluminum skid plate as well as a cat-back exhaust.
The TRD Pro model will also be fitted with all the standard off-road features that the TRD Off-Road model is offering right now along with new features like the new Toyota CRAWL feature.
Do you think all of that is worth the $40k that they are asking for or is Toyota getting a little carried away.
