Toyota RAV4 Pickup Would Make A Great Santa Cruz Rival

It’s not that we need more trucks in the market right now but pickup truck like this are hard to resist. We don’t think Toyota has any plans to turn their RAV4 into a truck but if they do, we hope it would end up looking like this.

The concept seen here was created by artist Theophilus Chin who thinks that this is who the Toyota RAV4 pickup will look like if Toyota ever works on one. The Toyota RAV4 Pickup concept was based on the Fiat-Tore model.

The current Toyota RAV4 comes in with a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engine that will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission. The vehicle will offer about 176hp and 172lb ft of torque and will return about 24mpg in the city and 31mpg on the highway.
