Titanfall is finally released to the Xbox One and PC, and this brand new title from Respawn Entertaiment is currently the most talked games at the moment.
When it comes to games, the world is a big market for the gamers. Some fans of Titanfall who stays in Europe might have downloaded the North American copy of the game. If so, they are bound to face issues with the regional lock.
The good news is that Respawn co-founder, Vince Zampella, revealed on Twitter that as long as it is a legitimate copy of the game, no players will be banned. On the other hand, bypassing the regional lock is quite the hassle itself.
To do so, players need to download the Virtual Private Network. This is needed to trick Origin into thinking that the players are living in the specified region instead. It is recommended to get both SoftEther VPN Client + VPN Gate Client Plug-In.
Once done, install the client and select “SoftEther VPN Client” when prompted. Boot the software and double click on “VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers”. A list of public servers will populate the screen. It can be sorted to your liking.
Select the ideal server and click on “Connect to the VPN Server”. Once done, open up Origin and Titanfall will be playable. At the bottom of the screen, you should be able to see the masked server at the bottom of the screen.
You can still toggle to your original server by disconnecting the VPN. If you have not yet got yourself Titanfall, do make sure to get it based on your region.
