At this point, nobody really knows what is going on with the next Elder Scrolls game. Some said that it will be called Skyrim 2. Whatever it is, some fans now believe that the game might be coming in as a VR game.
VR is starting to become a huge deal now and with Bethesda announcing at E3 2016 that HTC Vive will now be able to support both Doom and Fallout 4, it is clear that VR is going to be part of Bethesda’s future.
So far, most of the VR titles we have seen announced were not AAA titles so these is the first time we are seeing AAA titles getting VR support. It is estimated that we will have to wait for a couple more years before seeing the next Elder Scrolls game and VR could be a thing then.
Do you think it should happen or do you think Bethesda should not go down that path?
