The requirement to run some of the newer games on PC is pretty high right now which is why it was like a breath of fresh air when Ubisoft released the PC requirement for the game The Division.
The minimum spec required to run the game on PC is a PC that runs on Windows 7 or higher with an Intel Core i5 2400 processor clocked at 3.1GHz or an AMD FX6100 clocked at 3.3GHz with 6GB RAM. Minimum graphics card requirement will be the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 or AMD Radeon HD 7770.
The recommended spec is the same when it comes to the Operating system and RAM although it is recommended that the PC runs on the Intel Core i7-3770 clocked at 3.5GHz or AMD FX-8350 clocked at 4.0 GHz with a Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290 graphic card or higher.
Compared to some of the requirements of the newer games, this is actually pretty reasonable. The Division will be released on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on the 8th of March 2016.
