One of the most impressive features that the Tesla Model X had to offer was the huge Falcon Wing doors that come with sensors to make sure it does not run into pedestrians and cars parked beside it.
Fans were hoping that the Tesla Model X will not be the only model to get the Falcon Wing Doors. When asked if the other new models will be getting the doors, Elon Musk replied that either the Tesla Model 3 or the Tesla Model Y will be getting the doors but maybe none of them should be getting it.
With all the issue Tesla has been having with the doors, maybe the standard doors will do for now. It was reported that Tesla is now working to sue Hoerbiger, the company that supply some parts for the Falcon Wing doors.
According to the report, Tesla is not satisfied with the product that the company has been supplying. Other reports added that the prototype created by Hoerbiger had the tendency to leak oil and overheat and Tesla now wants to court to rule that they will no be breaking the contract by not paying.
The issue with the door was one of the reasons why the Tesla Model X was being delayed.
