Supposed Verizon Nexus 5 Leaked

It was said that there would be some special products for Verizon and one user over at Reddit recently spoke up about this. They said they had seen the LG D830 and wondered if this was the Nexus 5 which was heading to Verizon.

Another user of Reddit said that they thought the Nexus 5 on Verizon would have a back designed in red and it would have the bloatware of Verizon along with plenty of logos. Verizon are known for making their handsets stand out with their logos.

One handset that did get away without lots of branding was the Droid Maxx, one that didn’t was the LG G2 as it arrived with the check mark on the front of the handset next to the speaker grille.

So rumours are going around that perhaps this will be the Nexus 5 for Verizon and some users of Reddit have been saying what they would like on the device. One said that they wanted the Nexus Maxx 5 to arrive with a larger battery, while another said that they wanted Volte.

Users also talked about XML code that had been leaked, which was interesting.

“ 3GPP_WCDMA_IPV4
This leads me to believe that the “3GPP_WCDMA_IPV4″ value in the string is pointing to a CDMA enabled Nexus 5 :)”

So Redditors are saying that the LG D830 is the Nexus 5 heading the way of Verizon.
