Most of the premium Android-powered smartphone that we are supposed to see this year already announced but there seems to be one that is missing from the list and that is the Sony Xperia Z6.
When LG and Samsung were at the MWC announcing their flagship for 2016, Sony was also there but instead of announcing their flagship, the Sony Xperia Z6, Sony was there to announce their new Sony Xperia X, XA and X Performance.
We thought that Sony might have wanted to announce the Z6 later when people’s interest in the LG G5 and Samsung Galaxy S7 dies down but so far, we have not heard from them yet. Some fans believe that Sony might be looking to kill off the Z Series and focus on the new X Series.
Other still thinks that the smartphone will be coming but maybe not so soon. There were speculations about the Samsung Galaxy Z6 coming in with a 5.2inch display screen and that it will be running on the Snapdragon 820 processor and will be fitted with a 23MP camera.
