US major carrier, AT&T, is no longer selling the Sony Xperia Z3 and to make things worse, the smartphone was eliminated even when it still have about 6 months more before getting replaced by the Z4.
The news is certainly disheartening and Sony is surely feeling the same way too. After all, there are no other Android smartphones out there which possesses the same amount of quality as the Sony Xperia Z3.
It is not surprising if AT&T claims that the ceasing of the Z3 sales are due it being a slow seller. After all, the Z3 is not a very popular device and those who purchased it are the ones that are aware of the device’s sheer quality.
On the other hand, there is a chance for the elimination of the Xperia Z3 to hint on the Z4 coming sooner than expected. However, this is unlikely to happen since Sony once claimed that they have returned to the annual release pattern for this year.
