The Sony Xperia Z2 has proved itself to be one of the best smartphones to arrive this year and it is only going to get better in the upcoming Xperia Z3.
The future successor has continuously been linked to arrive with a new octa-core 3.1GHz chip, probably the Snapdragon 810, with 4GB of RAM. The screen will measure at 5.4” and will feature 2K resolution.
Over at the back of the device, Sony will fit in a humongous 50MP rear camera with Xenon and LED flash and 1/1 sensor. The rear camera will have the ability to record videos at 60fps on 4K resolution and 120fps on 1080p resolution. For selfie lovers, the Z3 will offer an 8MP front shooter.
The smartphone will powered by a large 4000mAh battery that will keep it running for days. Other features include 32/64GB internal storage, microSD support of up to 256GB, water resistance and dust resistance.
Then again, these are all based on the rumours and fans’ demands. With Sony already confirming that they will release the Z3 as and when it is ready, we can’t tell for sure on when it will make its debut.
