We were all expecting to see the new Samsung Galaxy S7 at the MWC this year but what we did not expect was to see the new Sony Xperia X series from Sony. We all knew that they had something to announce but we never thought that it would be a top level smartphone.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 comes in with a 5.1inch Super AMOLED display screen with 1440 x 2560 resolution and 577ppi. The device will be running on the Snapdragon 820 chipset or the Exynos 8890 chipset with 4GB RAM and 32/64GB of internal storage. The back is fitted with a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
The Sony Xperia X will come with a 5inch display screen with 1080 x 1920 resolution and 441ppi. The device will be running on the Snapdragon 820 chipset as well and will come with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The most impressive part about the Sony Xperia X is its powerful 23MP rear camera and the 13MP front camera.
There were rumors saying that the Xperia X might be the new Sony flagship. What do you think?
