Skylake 2015 Retina MacBook Pro: Timing Has To Be Right

Intel had just announced that it has commenced development of its very first 14nm nanochips and it will be known as Skylake. Intel also teased that Skylake might be available as early as June this year.

The news surely sounds exciting but it is the Apple fans that are mostly moved by it. This is because there is now a chance for the next-gen MacBook Pro to come equipped with Skylake instead of Broadwell.

The 2015 MacBook Pro from Apple will be entering production somewhere in fall this year and if the puzzle is pieced together, the laptop might just come with Skylake on board.

If this is to happen, then there will be no doubt the next-gen MacBook Pro is going to be more powerful than ever. The smaller architecture will make the MacBook Pro perform faster than before and it will also make the laptop more energy efficient than before.
