The Shadow of Mordor was not perfect but there is no denying that the game was a huge hit when it was first released. Fans were impressed with the new gameplay style and story of the game although many later did report that the game got a little stale towards the end.
However, in general, the game was a huge success which was why many fans assumed that there will be a sequel to the game even though Warner Bros did not confirm it. According to Nerd Leaks, the game is being developed right now.
This was reported after they came across a resume of a stunt actress, Lauren Mary Kim who listed the Shadow of Mordor 2 in her resume. Of course, this is no confirmation but it does suggest that Warner Bros might be cooking up a sequel to the game.
