Apart from the concept phone created by designer Michael Muleba in our previous post (which is a fake, or a probably idea), the only curved phone that will soon to hit the market might just be the one and only Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
The curvy edges (is it still considered edgy when it’s entirely curvy?) of the phone would instantly hint you of being infinity-edge-ish, but for us, it looks very impressive. It will be an all-around curved smartphone that is expected to feature the latest Exynos 8 processor or Qualcomm’s 820 chipset with 4GB of RAM, along with a big 20-megapixel Britecell-based rear facing camera which will sport the new USB Type-C standard connector. What we think is it’s going to be a hit in the market, for sure.
The S7 Edge is rumoured to be at 5.7-inches (the sloping sides are included in it too, most likely), but apart from it being curvy, will it be practical at all? We’re still wondering what triggered Samsung into turning this idea into a reality.
