Samsung Galaxy S6: Overpowered At Best

There is a lot of buzz on how the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 is going to be a fresh new start to the Galaxy S-series. For the last three years, the Samsung Galaxy S devices have got its design heavily inspired by the S3.

Now, rumours on Samsung’s Project Zero have surfaced and it hints on the S6 to be that revolutionary smartphone everyone has been waiting for. The Project Zero simply implies that Samsung will develop the Galaxy S6 from scratch.

Aside from coming with a new design, the device is tipped to come with a performance like no other. It appears that Samsung is going to wave goodbye to eMMC technology and replace it with UFS. The latter is confirmed in many tech-tests that it is so much faster than eMMC.

In the latest speed comparison that puts the UFS 2.0 NAND Flash memory against eMMC 5.0, the newfound technology actually twice faster than the current hardware. Tech analysts further revealed that the speed can go up to four times more than eMMC 5.0.

On another note, Qualcomm has revealed that the Snapdragon 810 processor will be equipped with USF 2.0 NAND Flash memory. For certain, the chipset will be the engine running the Samsung Galay S6.
