Samsung makes its users’ life easier by inventing the wireless charger for one of its products, Samsung S6 Edge. However, the users are complaining because it seems that the wireless charger does not work for most of them.
According to one of the users, when he puts the Samsung S6 Edge on the charging pad, it either works without issue 25% of the time, or the phone will say wireless charging paused after about 30 seconds and the charging pad will flash 75% of the time. Another user says that he has given up with the unsolved problem and uses the quick charging charger as a replacement.
The complaints do not stop there. More and more Samsung fans are sharing their experience online, indicating that the faulty wireless charger is a serious problem. However, for the time being, people are offering quick solutions to the problem. Some suggests that they fold a small tissue between the phone and the charging phone, or use the 2.1 Amps charger.
No news is heard from Samsung yet about fixing the problem. But, a few people believe that the problem occurs when the phone goes to sleep. So, for the time being, you can turn on daydream mode on during dock and charging, and set your phone to show pictures so that the screen will stay active.
