We know that Samsung has already started working on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update for the Samsung Galaxy S6. What we do not know is how far along there are and when it will be arriving.
Well, it looks like it is closer than we think as GforGames reported that the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update for the Samsung Galaxy S6 is already at its testing stage after they spotted it on Geekbench.
The new Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update should be coming in with new features like the Now on Tap, the new flattened design as well as the Doze-Mode. We might also get the new set of emojis that the Nexus devices have gotten.
Besides the Galaxy S6, devices like the Note 5, Note Edge, Note 4, S6 Edge and more can also expect to receive that Android 6.0 Marshmallow update early next year and possibly even in January. The other devices like the Tab A will only be getting the update in Q2.
