The HTC One M8 was dubbed to be the Galaxy S5 killer and following the unveiling of the device, it sure looks like doing so. By far, the HTC One M8 does look better than its rival.
However, the claims made by HTC are not as accurate as it may sound. New reports reveal that the Galaxy S5 is the more superior device compared to the HTC One M8.
A leak selling technique from Samsung revealed that the HTC One M8 is neither water resistant nor dust resistant. This is something the Galaxy S5 can be proud of.
The second pointer reads that the Galaxy S5 has more pixel count, quicker focus and claims the camera to be more professional.
Samsung continued by claiming that the HTC M8 is not a simple device to operate. The company backed up its Galaxy S5 as it is built with childproof features, a removable battery and the Ultra Power Saving Mode.
Finally is with the Galaxy S5’s innovation. Samsung revealed that the S5 is more secure in every way with its fingerprint scanner.
On some fronts, Samsung does have a point. Then again, HTC claims the Galaxy S5 as lacking build quality and full of software gimmicks. These are also truthful claims.
It seems that both devices have its pros and cons against each other and since they are already released, we shall see on which performs better in terms of sales.
