Samsung might have ditched the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 but that does not mean that it is the end of the device. Officially, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is only able to go as far as the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop but with all the custom ROMs out there, those that really wants to try the newer OS could.
Getting the Android 6.0 update will mean that device will be able to use features like the Google Now On Tap feature and the Doze mode. Some users might want to push it up to the latest Android 7.0 Nougat which is possible might it might push the device too far.
Most Note 3 users have reported that the device itself is still going strong and that they would have continued with it if they had the latest operating system and update.
How many of you are still holding on to the Note 3?
