With the unlock code now leaked online, unlocking your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Samsung Galaxy S4 could not be any easier.
It is said that the code was leaked by a Samsung insider. Here is how you can use the code to unlock your Samsung device.
Start by putting in a new SIM card into your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 or Samsung Galaxy S4. Restart the device and open up the dial pad. From there, you will need to key in the code *#197328640#.
Next, select [1]UMTS > [1] Debug Screen > [8] Phone Control > [6] Network Lock > Options [3] Perso SHA256 OFF. You will need to wait for 30 seconds before selecting Back to enter Main Menu once more.
Next, select [4] NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ. Your device should be unlocked now. It is said that the code also works on some of the older models as well so you might want to try it out.
