5: Over in the main menu, choose “wipe data/factory reset” and “wipe cache partition.” When that is done, go back and choose “advanced > wipe Dalvik cache.”

6: Return to the main menu and choose “install zip from SD card > choose zip from SD card.” Select the custom ROM zip file you have copied on your Galaxy Note and confirm installation. Then do the same thing with the Google Apps package.

7: When the installation is finished, return to the main menu and choose “reboot system now.”

8: The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will reboot and it can take up to five minutes for the first run on the latest ROM to complete.
