The Samsung Galaxy F as it has been dubbed is the metal version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 and it will be coming out in May this year. Analysts have said that this is going to be the high-end version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 and it will fall in the Super premium category.
This will be the first device to come from Samsung that will have premium materials and it will take on the Apple phones for design. The Samsung Galaxy S5 was said to be arriving with a metal body but it didn’t happen.
As it will be a premium device, the Samsung Galaxy F will command a high price tag, so expect it to come in higher than the Samsung Galaxy S5.
We also heard that the Galaxy F could have different hardware. It may be launched with the Quad HD 5.2 inch display and not the full HD display.
We have seen a concept and the Galaxy F does look a lot like the Samsung Galaxy S5 and offers a display of 5.2 inches. The back is made of metal and it can be removed to swap out the battery. There is a large camera lens on the back with a flash, along with the heart sensor. There is also a USB 3.0 port which is sealed by a flap, so the concept seems to be waterproof.
