According to a recent tweet from notorious leakster, @evleaks, the G Flex 2 is hinted to be coming out in mid-Q1 next year. The device will have more unique features to offer aside from self-healing plastic.
On another tweet from the same account, it is also hinted that the LG G Flex 2 will be the first device to run on a Qualcomm MSM8994 (Snapdragon 810) and will be the immediate successor to the Nexus 6.
If so, then the Android Silver project is definitely an exciting one with a curved LG smartphone initiating the movement. On top of that, the Snapdragon 810 simply translates to an octa-core processor that will take speed to a whole new level.
The worries are definitely with the LG G Flex 2’s display prowess. After all, the predecessor failed at offering a crisp image render on its display. With all the hardware capabilities, we do hope that such a thing won’t repeat itself with the LG G Flex 2.
