When the Mazda 3 was revealed there were a lot of people who got excited about it. However many people looked at two things, the features and the price tag. For the specs that price tag seemed to be on the high side. So is the Mazda 3 worth the asking price?
Bear in mind that the Mazda 3 is one of the first to get the Sky Active technology and this does go towards the boost in the price. It does help to bring improvements to the drive and handling and provides an experience that is better. Some rivals may find it hard to compete with, but the Mazda 3 is one of the best cars on the road in that segment, yet in some areas it is lacking.
The cabin for instance isn’t all that well insulated and this means wind noise. Mazda wanted the car to be efficient and so some power had to be sacrificed. It isn’t sluggish though it does seem weaker than the Toyota Corolla Altis and the Honda Civic. It does come with automatic headlights and wipes though.
If you are looking for a great car to drive then this could be it. However if you like to have more for your money then you could be better off looking elsewhere.
