Now, the game developer is thought to realize its mistake and is currently producing Resident Evil 7 with the fans in mind. Some speculations came about with it on Resident Evil 7 to offer mercenaries like never seen before.
If the speculation is to be believed, then fans can expect to see the likes of Alice, Claire, Jill and Wesker, making a return to Resident Evil 7. On the other hand, majority of the fans won’t be too happy about it.
One Redditor, soliddewitt, suspected that Capcom is going bankrupt and is pulling a last ditch effort to win back the fans. The lad received plenty of support from the community which shows the level of frustration with the game developer.
After all, the fans only want to see the horror genre restored along with the traditional gameplay seen in the first Resident Evil trilogy. This is more important than exploiting the popularity of Alice by adding her in Resident Evil 7.
