The success of GTA 5 has led gamers to thinking, what’s next for Rockstar? Well, this was immediately answered by a leak from Rockstar’s senior engineer, Feinstein, who revealed that the game developer is currently working on a sequel of a well-known title.
Of course, no specifics were mentioned by speculations have gone rife into suggesting it to be Red Dead Redemption 2. Baird Equity Research analyst, Colin Sebastian, is among those who believed it to be the sequel to Red Dead Redemption.
The lad talked about how Red Dead Redemption was Rockstar’s second biggest selling gaming title, ahead of Manhunt and Bully. Thus, this makes it more deserving to get a sequel.
Colin went on to tease that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released at the end of next year. This was followed by a new rumour which narrows down the release date to the month of November.
It is unsure on where Colin got the information from so it is best to take it with a pinch of salt. The idea of Red Dead Redemption 2 might seem logical. However, gamers should just wait until Rockstar announces something official on the matter.
