A couple of months’ ago, Rockstar’s Senior Engineer, Feinstein, made a name for himself when he told the world that he is working on a sequel to a well-known IP.
The information was shared on Feinstein’s LinkedIn account and it was agreed by many gamers that the title in question is Red Dead Redemption 2. This is despite of the fact that Feinstein didn’t go into specifics on the game he is working on.
Baird Equity Research analyst, Colin Sebastian, couldn’t agree more with the title being Red Dead Redemption 2. Colin claims that it is pretty obvious since the first Red Dead Redemption manage to become Rockstar’s second bestselling title, behind the GTA series. This puts Red Dead Redemption ahead of other IPs like Manhunt and Bully.
Colin then teased that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be making its debut in November next year. It is unsure on where the lad got the release date from so it is best to take it with a pinch of salt. After all, Colin failed to highlight any form of evidence to support his claim.
