Well, it looks like this is all the Prince of Persia we will be getting this year. We were ecstatic when it was reported that we could be seeing the Prince of Persia game at E3 this year.
While Ubisoft did talk about Prince of Persia, it wasn’t about releasing a new game but about offering the Prince of Persia: The Sand of Time for free. As part of their 30th-anniversary celebration, Ubisoft will be offering a free game every month and the first game that they will be offering is the Prince of Persia: The Sand of Time.
You can still get the game now if you wold like to try the 2003 game out. As exciting as that was, it was not a new game. Looking at the situation right now, it looks like we won’t be getting a new game from the Prince of Persia franchise in the near future.
