Dodge recently revealed that they are going to drop the price tag of the Dodge Viper. They are not talking about a couple hundred of dollars, but $15,000. The drop in price is going to begin in the US and this means that you can pick it up for $84, 995, without destination fee and tax.
If you have already got the Gen 5 Viper then Dodge said that they will send a certificate out for $15,000. This can be used towards the new Dodge Viper. This means that the $15,000 can be used alongside the $15,000 price reduction.
Production of the Dodge Viper is going to begin in Detroit in the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant and the car is thought to be making its way into showrooms towards the start of 2015.
The Dodge Viper will offer the 8.4 litre V10 engine that will offer 645hp and 20mpg when out on the highway. New colours and packages will also be available to add on.
