Pokemon X & Y: Pokebank, Do It Right

Who knew that the Pokebank security can be breached easily? Bringing a hacked Pokemon into Pokemon X & Y seemed impossible at first. However, as time goes by, more and more hacked Pokemon has been spotted in the latest Pokemon games.

Fans are probably wondering on how this could have happened but the answer is with the Pokebank itself. There appears to be a method for players to manipulate the Pokebank into believing the hacked Pokemon is safe to enter Pokemon X & Y.

For a start, players have to go through Pokecheck’s website to see if the Pokemon they want is compatible with X & Y. If the light is green, the player can then proceed to Pokegen to edit that Pokemon.

Once done, players can head over to PokeGTS.US and obtain the IP address. Get back on the 3DS and tweak the connection by keying in the IP acquired in the DNS settings. Return to PokeGTS and select X & Y on Upload. While doing so, players are to start Pokemon Black2 or White2. Choose the Pokemon the player wish to transfer and start Global trading to commence the process.

A short check will take place before the Pokemon is sent. Now, players have to open up Pokemon Transporter and confirm that the Pokemon sent is in the Box 1. If everything is in place, players will then have to open up Pokebank and finalize the transfer by bringing the entire box containing the Pokemon into X & Y.

In case you are lost in the process, 2 videos has been uploaded on YouTube giving a visual of the process. You can view the videos below.
