Pokemon X & Y Guide: Super Training, IV, EV & More

Anyone playing Pokemon X and Y will be able to get ahead in the game as there is an in-depth training guide out.

Pokemon X and Y is said to be for ages 7 and older, but we think that the game happens to be more complex. Did you know for instance that getting a negative nature can do away with the EV training that you went through?

It is said that all of the Pokemon have their own nature, otherwise personality, and this can affect the stats.

If you check the summary display you are able to see which of the stats are being affected. For instance if you find that the stats are in red, it may be boosted by 10%, while those in blue are reduced by 10%.

If you are in a battle you can get hold of Pokemon and then breed them and the Pokemon will have beneficial nature. They will also come with independent values and they will have good IVs.

Bear in mind the most that you can get for a stat is 22, this will have a total of 510.

Pokemon should be trailed to max out two stats and there should be few points left, you will be able to get rid of points that are no good if you use a reset bag in super training.

Super training will be easier than EV training and players can take part in mini games instead of fighting. Check out the following if you want to get your Pokemon ready to fight.

Gamers are able to unlock events when doing super training, but bear in mind that advanced trails are not going to boost your stats up, however you do have a 3rd version of each.

You can use stat boosts to prime Pokemon, including vitamins and wings, both of these are a great way to get your training off to a good start.

Training bags will help to boost stats when you are boosting EVs and you can equip bags for all of the Pokemon at the same time. Gamers are able to tap on the bottom of the display and this will speed things up for Pokemon that you have active.

Super training when in mini games will mean that you can use level three events and so this speeds things up. You can do the ones you want and do them until there are not more EVs.

Bear in mind that when playing mini games you can make targeting easier when you hold the stylus on the bottom display to charge up the power.

Keep on the move and balls will keep flying around and all you have to do is learn where they spawn.
